Schumer has long fought to make this center a reality, and helped secure the federal funding needed to make this renovation possible. Schumer helped secure the initial $1.5 million in federal Economic Development Administration (EDA) funds that enabled the renovation and rehab of the historic Rochester Savings Bank building that made this project possible.</p>"}}
