TitanX is just one of several growing manufacturers in the area that has either seen jobs go unfilled for long periods of time or had to look outside of Western New York to find skilled workers to fill the jobs. Schumer was joined by TitanX President Matt Moore, Chautauqua County Executive Greg Edwards, and officials from Cummins Engine, Jamestown Community College, Chautauqua Works, SUNY Fredonia, Skyview Learning Group, Erie 2 BOCES, IAM Lodge 2105, and UAW Local 2231.</p>"}}
