\nOn January 10, 2011, at the Hugh Doyle Senior Center in New Rochelle, Schumer revealed that the newly implemented Medicare \"Donut Hole\" fix will put over $155 million directly in the pocket of Seniors in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties. After 5 years of burdening seniors, the \"Donut Hole\" was finally fixed last year as part of the health care reform law.
