\nOn November 30, 2009 Schumer visited the future site of Agro Farma. Because of the successful launch of Chobani Yogurt, the number one selling Greek yogurt, Agro Farma is looking to expand to the now vacant Proctor and Gamble facility in Norwich. Schumer pledged to help secure the funding and infrastructure improvements needed to get the project off the ground. Once the facility is operational it will provide an economic boost to Upstate dairy farmers and create between 275-350 full time jobs.
