It improves water quality and spurs economic development," said Senator Schumer. "This USDA Rural Development investment for the Village of Morris will improve local access to clean water in turn will help enhance quality of life in the community and lead the way for further economic development in the region."

"Upgrading water infrastructure is an effective way to attract new businesses and support new local jobs. And by making these investments at the federal level, we can help hold the line on property bills to help Morris families keep more of what they earn."
