USDA Funding Will Be Used to Make Critical Water System Upgrades Today, U.S. Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand announced $825,000 in federal assistance for the Town of Murray in Orleans County. The federal funding was allocated through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development’s Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant program.
