Schumer announced that officials have reached an agreement and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that ensures that extremely popular Pool Parties will return in 2010. U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer today discussed how President Obama's budget, released earlier today, includes billions of dollars in budget aid for New York City and New York State.
