Schumer, Gillibrand Secure Federal Appropriations To Construct Organizational Maintenance Shop In Rockland County U.S. Senators Charles E. Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, today announced that the Senate Appropriations Committee approved $4.2 million for construction in the Army Reserve Center (ARC) in Rockland County. Federal Funding For Plattsburgh Will Be Used To Purchase New Equipment U.S. Senators Charles E. Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand today announced $57,943 in federal funding for the Plattsburgh Fire Department to purchase new equipment. The money was allocated through the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Program.
